These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and z376 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the z376 website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at z376.org.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the z376 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the z376 platform.

• A copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement from HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet screen).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested for anti-money laundering (AML) or know-your-customer (KYC) compliance purposes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active z376 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts is considered a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. z376 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

All such promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions that will be published alongside the promotion and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general principles apply to all z376 bonuses and promotions:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in the pricing of a market, z376 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by market, event, and account history.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced without the player's knowledge due to a system error will be voided and the stake returned.

z376 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or for any other legitimate business reason.

Upon termination of your account by z376 for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, pending free spins, and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances that are not associated with outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

You may close your z376 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.
